E-TICKET

IN-STORE PURCHASES

All your in-store purchase receipts are now available electronically!
At Lefties, e-tickets are our commitment to minimizing environmental impact and reducing paper consumption.
1. To get the e-ticket, go to Lefties from the app, access MY account and show your Lefties QR code when paying at the register, this way you will receive the in-store purchase receipt directly in your app.
2. You can check your tickets at any time, in MY account > my purchases > store.
3. To exchange or return your purchase in-store, show the e-ticket on your mobile screen. You'll find it in your account > My Purchases > Store.
4. Always make sure you receive your e-ticket before leaving the store. If you don't receive it immediately, the store team will be able to help you.

ONLINE SHOPPING

1. You will receive an electronic receipt for all your online orders. You will find it attached to the order tracking emails you receive.
2. All your online purchase receipts will be available in your customer account, both on the website and in the app. Access it here: My Account > My Purchases > Online.
3. To make an exchange or return in-store with an e-ticket, show the e-ticket on your mobile screen. You'll find it in My Account > My Purchases > Online.
4. To return your purchase at a collection point, simply select the items you want to return from My Account > My Purchases > select the order to return > return > return at collection point.
